For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about helping people grow—whether it was teaching job skills to newcomers, supporting families in Children Services, or developing training programs to make learning easier. I’ve always loved planning, facilitating, and guiding individuals on their personal and professional journeys.
For years, I worked in the non-profit sector, helping newcomers to Canada develop life and job skills to build a strong foundation in their new home. Later, I worked with Children Services, where I saw how career stability and opportunity could shape entire families. My work was always about empowering others, but I eventually felt the pull to take my own career in a new direction.
That led me to my current position, where I work in Quality Assurance, process development, and training initiatives. While I enjoy the technical side of my role, I found myself drawn to creating learning opportunities and helping others navigate their careers. My involvement in DIEB and Occupational Health & Safety only reinforced my belief that people thrive when they feel supported and have the right tools to grow.
That’s why I launched Aspire—a coaching business built for young professionals who feel stuck and need clarity in their career path. I know firsthand how overwhelming career transitions can be, and I also know the power of having the right guidance to move forward with confidence.
Now, I help others break through uncertainty, align their careers with their passions, and take meaningful steps toward a fulfilling future. Because career change isn’t just about a job—it’s about building a life that feels aligned, exciting, and full of possibility.
